Izzio’s Organic Sourdough is made with the finest organic flour available. Based on a traditional recipe, the distinct sour flavor comes from allowing the 3-ingredient dough to ferment for almost 3 days, creating layers of deep flavor and a porous, chewy texture that makes this bread a modern classic.
INGREDIENTS: Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Culture (Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour), Sea Salt.
MADE IN A FACILITY THAT ALSO HANDLES DAIRY, EGG, TREE NUTS, WHEAT, PEANUTS, SOY.
Pre-heat oven to 400˚F; Remove thawed bread from bag and place on middle oven rack. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust is preferred golden brown color. For frozen bread, bake 10-13 minutes. Remove bread from oven and let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy! If not planning to bake bread day of purchase, then freeze and enjoy later.
