izzio’s Organic Ciabatta has a light crisp crust and an open airy interior. Each loaf takes 3 days to make using the finest organic ingredients available. This everyday table bread is the perfect accompaniment to any meal.

INGREDIENTS:  Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Culture (Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour), Sea Salt, Organic Yeast. CONTAINS: Wheat.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 400˚F; Remove thawed bread from bag and place on middle oven rack. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust is preferred golden brown color. For frozen bread, bake 10-13 minutes. Remove bread from oven and let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy! If not planning to bake bread day of purchase, then freeze and enjoy later.
