Here is valuable information to help your experience with IZZIO legendary artisan breads.

SHIPPING

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE - After placing an order on our online store you will receive a confirmation email from Izzio with a link to track your package. The tracking link will show the status of your package from the bakery to its arrival at your door. If you are missing the tracking link please contact us and we will resend it to you. Even though the tracking link is provided by the courier, we have access to your package information and can track it in real time.

SHIPPING TIME POLICY - At Izzio Artisan Bakery we don't use any preservatives. This is why our breads are full with flavor and have a pure and natural taste. We ship our breads all over the country at ambient temperature. Shipping time takes 2-4 days which is perfect as the bread has a five day shelf life. However, since the shipping is done by USPS we don't have full control over delivery aspects, therefore there might be an unexpected delay with your package. Our system is working smoothly and efficiently, but, as you know, unprecedented thing can happen, especially in the midst of the current Covid-19 situation. If your package arrives more than 5 days after leaving our bakery and you are not happy with the quality of your bread, we will take full responsibility and replace the entire order free of charge. While this situation is unlikely, we want to be fully transparent with our customers. If there is delays with the reshipment, we will refund your card with the full amount.

HANDLING

ON IZZIO'S SIDE - Izzio breads leave the bakery up to 48 hours after an order is placed on our website. We ensure that we are selecting the best breads and shipping them to you while they are fresh. All breads undergo approval form our Quality Assurance team to ensure you receive your bread in perfect condition. We bake and pack the bread in a clean and sanitized environment, using gloves and following the highest level of Quality Assurance standards in the industry (SQF level 2). We also follow strict sanitary regulations to prevent the spread of Covid-19 to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy.

ON THE CUSTOMER'S SIDE - If you do not eat all of your bread on the day of its arrival, we highly suggest that you keep your bread in a freezer. All our breads can sit in the freezer for up to 4 months. You can pull them out of the freezer and let them thaw for a couple hours or ideally toast the sliced bread and bake the Take & Bake breads. While shopping on our website you will find videos with ideas and recipes on how to use our breads, toast them or bake them.
