Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday to ensure smooth delivery experience.
We love you and want you to have the best possible experience. So here are couple of things to know:
1. We ship our loaves frozen. In summer time expect it to thaw on your local delivery vehicle. Please bring your package home as soon as you can, and put all the bread that wont be consumed in the next day or two in the freezer. Our loaves are made with no artificial preservatives, and if you leave it on the counter for more than a couple of days, the mold will eat it before you do.
2. If any damage occurs, please take a picture and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of your issue so that we can arrange your free reship or refund.
3. After placing an order on our online store you will receive a confirmation email from Izzio with a link to track your package. The tracking link will show the status of your package from the bakery to its arrival at your door. If you are missing the tracking link please contact us and we will resend it to you.
4. Customer service and inquiries: we are a small team, and sometimes our response time can be anywhere from 24 up to 48 hours. The best way to get in touch with us is to message online store chat or send an email to email@example.com
