Dear Izzio customers: with the holiday season around the corner and Covid-19 still here, the demand for shipping services is overwhelming and all the courier companies are expecting heavy delays . After looking for the best solution and negotiating with different vendors we are excited to share with you that we will transition to a new 2Day Express shipping program that will keep your artisan bread supply flowing and stable. With the 2Day FedEx Express service for FREE you will have the breads you love in 2 days at your door for the same price! With this change we can promise that our breads will land in a great shape for the best experience. We are not only continuing to offer all our usual breads, we are adding specialty Holiday Breads developed by our head bakers just for you! Our loaves are all 100% natural, Non-Gmo Verified and made with no additives or preservatives. This is why shipping artisan breads like ours is a real revolution and this is why we are so excited to offer you the 2Day Express shipping. The only change you will see is that we can no longer offer large orders because 2Day express shipping can only accommodate a FedEx Medium Box.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE - After placing an order on our online store you will receive a confirmation email from Izzio with a link to track your package. The tracking link will show the status of your package from the bakery to its arrival at your door. If you are missing the tracking link please contact us and we will resend it to you. Even though the tracking link is provided by the courier, we have access to your package information and can track it in real time.
ON IZZIO'S SIDE - We ensure that we are selecting the best breads and shipping them to you while they are fresh. All breads undergo approval form our Quality Assurance team to ensure you receive your bread in perfect condition. We bake and pack the bread in a clean and sanitized environment, using gloves and following the highest level of Quality Assurance standards in the industry (SQF level 2). We also follow strict sanitary regulations to prevent the spread of Covid-19 to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy.
ON THE CUSTOMER'S SIDE - Please store bread in the freezer. The bread can stay in the freezer up to 4 months. You can pull the breads out as needed and either let thaw for a couple hours before baking or toasting or just take the bread right from the freezer to the toaster or refresh the Take & Bake loaves in the oven (see instructions on our website or on the packaging). While shopping on our website you will find videos with ideas and recipes on how to handle our breads, toast them or refresh them.
